Bryan LeMoine JD

After law school, Bryan clerked for Judge E. Richard Webber in the United States District Court in St. Louis, Missouri. Since that time, Bryan has represented public, private and nonprofit companies and agencies in almost every aspect of employment and labor law, litigating before administrative agencies, in arbitrations, and in state and federal courts around the country. Bryan also counsels clients through difficult legal issues that arise every day in running a business, and has extensive experience assisting non-profits with governance issues, mergers, dissolutions, and human resources issues. In addition, Bryan works with employee-owned companies or companies seeking to become employee-owned, and assists clients in selling or purchasing stock or assets of businesses. Bryan’s wide experience helps him as a board member for Epworth Children and Family Services and S.M. Wilson. He has performs pro bono work for nonprofit agencies in St. Louis that are committed to improving the community in which he works and lives.
