The MO SHRM State Conference App is the go to place for attendees to find conference details such as: speaker bios, event schedule, session information, activities and networking opportunities for our three day event. Attendees can also search and find information on our sponsors and exhibitors.
Be In The Know
Various circumstances occur during a conference that may require changes to the event schedule. If changes are made to the schedule, the app will be updated right away, so your schedule will always be accurate. We’ll even send out a text message alerting you to the change.
Detailed session descriptions along with learning objectives are included in the app, making it easy for you to select the sessions that are of most interest to you. We’ve also included a short bio of the speaker along with their presentation (if provided) for you to review on your smart device as they are presenting. Once the session is over, tap the Evaluations tab and complete an easy to use Speaker/Session evaluation. Your feedback is important to us.
Detailed diagrams of the Meeting Rooms and Exhibit Hall are included to help you navigate your way around. Sponsor and Exhibitor booth numbers are readily available in the app along with a “tap and call” feature making it easy for you to connect with the Exhibitors.
Connecting and networking with fellow HR professionals from around the state is an important feature of attending the MO SHRM State Conference. The Social Circles tab in the app makes it easy for you to enter your contact information so fellow attendees can find you and connect. Here you can form groups, send messages and bond friendships.
The app will be available approximately two weeks prior to the conference. We’ll send you an instructional email telling you how to access the app. Watch for it in your inbox.
