Session Description

This program is an intense examination of personal values and practical application of principles that ultimately define what we know as “ethics.” Participants will actively explore ethical dilemmas in the workplace and apply various decision making models to arrive at a conclusion that fits their value system.

Learning Objectives

Business ethics myths; research studies on ethical reasoning skills; define difference between values, principles and ethics, elements necessary to motivate ethical action; define culture, confomity and compliance with various studies on each to gain understanding of the concept.
