Session Description

HR and Compensation Strategies have undergone dramatic changes in the past few years. More emphasis has been placed on employee engagement and the employee work experience. This program will review how to incorporate past efforts in enhancing the customer experience and customer retention strategies into new HR and compensation strategies replacing traditional performance appraisal and reward systems with ones focused more on employee development, coaching and rewards tied to competencies and results.

  3. Strategies to move from performance appraisal to performance coaching and development. “Pay for Results” strategies…the icing on the cake.

Michael is an active member of WorldatWork, the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration, and the Society for Human Resource Management. Michael received a lifetime achievement award from WorldatWork. Michael received bachelor’s degrees in political science and philosophy, and a master’s degree in industrial relations, from the Loyola University of Chicago.
